Regional Directors
We are currently recruiting Regional Directors to oversee and manage bespoke catchment areas all over the UK. A number of areas have already been awarded, but other high property value areas are still available (for the right candidate).
As an Exceptional Homes Regional Director you will enjoy one of the most liberating and rewarding environments in which to practise your profession. As an experienced estate agent or property professional with a proven track record in your local area, you will be able to take advantage of all the tools Exceptional Homes has to offer without the hassle and banality of running a full-time franchise.

Negotiators
Working under our network of Regional Directors are our dedicated Negotiators. For this role, we are interested in talking to experienced professionals who want to make a difference in estate agency. Negotiators are involved in all aspects of the sales process from valuations through to management of complex completions. They also benefit from our decentralised model which enables them to develop their craft in a supportive yet decentralised environment.
