- A video area guide – where appropriate we arrange a video guide to your neighouring area to give buyers a feel for the benefits of the wider location.
- Your own dedicated Google ad word campaign (see example)
- Exposure on Primelocation.com plus other leading portals in US and other target markets.
- Direct marketing to Exceptional Homes registered buyers.
- A Home Information Pack arranged and co-ordinated (if required).
- Marketing direct to home search agents where appropriate.
- Use of Sealed Bids software if your sale moves to a competitive auction process.
- A superior public relations campaign. Wherever possible our PR consultants Aspiration Media will work to gain favourable coverage of your property in national and local publications.
We also provide you with a number of online tools so you can monitor the progress of your sale:
- A seller’s Control Panel to help you monitor and control all aspects of your sale from your desk top).
- An On Line Viewing Calendar to help you keep track of who will be visiting when.
- Email and/or SMS alerts to keep you informed of viewings and interest in your property.
By arrangement, we also market your property in the leading property publications here read by our target market of buyers both here and overseas.

We have partnered with Sealed Bids to conduct all sealed bid auctions using the very latest technology. Our exceptional services are not restricted to our sellers of property. We have designed a suite of tools to make the searching and buying process easier as well:

Exceptional Homes Overseas
We deal with exceptional homes where ever they are in the world and charge the same 1% fee regardless. All non-UK properties are marketed to buyers using a wide variety of marketing techniques. These range from press promotion through exploiting our network of overseas home search agents to marketing on high quality portals such as Primelocation.com’s foreign properties section.
