Apteral Developments Selects Exceptional Homes as Advisor on College Place Development
Today Apteral Developments LLP appointed Exceptional Homes as advisor on its prestigious College Place development. The conversion of a historic Nineteenth Century church into 14 units of luxurious, contemporary living space is well advanced, with the units scheduled for delivery in January 2009.
Exceptional Homes will advise the developer on pricing and marketing strategies for this £10 million plus project.
