Surrey Unsold Property Index
The Surrey Unsold Property Index is a monthly gauge of the number of unsold properties priced in excess of £1 million in the county of Surrey. It is compiled by Exceptional Homes analysis and is published monthly.
Index Methodology
The Index commenced on 31st January 2008. It utilises a constant sample set of estate agents and portals to compile the Index. We strip out any properties that ‘under offer’ or ‘sold’ and we do not count ‘price on application’ listings. We also include only those properties that are for sale with full service estate agents (i.e. no private listings).
